Delete My Road Pay Account

Account deletion request

Option 1 – From the App

  1. Open the My Road Pay app.
  2. Go to Profile / Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request.

Option 2 – By Email

Send an email from your registered email address to:

privacy@downtownsales.corp

Subject: Delete My Road Pay Account

Please include:

  • Registered mobile number
  • Registered email address
  • Agent / business name (if applicable)

Data that will be deleted

  • Login access and agent profile used for app access
  • Optional profile metadata
  • Notification and device tokens

Data that may be retained

  • FASTag transaction and service records
  • Wallet, commission and settlement history
  • Audit and security logs required by law

Retention period

Certain data must be retained under Indian financial and tax regulations, typically 5–8 years.

Processing time

Requests are processed within 7–15 business days after verification.
