  • Business information: shop photographs and GPS location.
  • Financial information: bank details and wallet history.
  • Device information: device identifiers, IP, OS and app version.
  • Transaction data: FASTag activations, recharges and replacements.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and manage your agent account.
  • To verify identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • To prevent fraud and secure the FASTag ecosystem.
  • To communicate service and policy updates.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Bajaj Finserv for issuing FASTags and processing transactions.
  • Regulatory authorities where required by Indian law.
  • Technology service providers under confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Security

We apply industry standard security practices including encryption and controlled access to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain records while your account is active and thereafter as required under Indian financial and tax regulations (typically 5–8 years).

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data subject to applicable legal obligations.
